Why are people still expecting Miami to do good?

Whenever I see this I think their stupid because they barely got the 6th seed last year, even with Shaq and Dwayne Wade both healthy near the end. They got sweeped in the playoffs. Also they lost all 6 of their preseason games, and yet people still think there a championship team.
